Once a year in December, after the harvest, The Cowboy Cup brings live music, local artists, cannabis educators, vendors, seed companies, dispensaries, growers and processors from Oklahoma and beyond to the legendary Tumbleweed Dance Hall and Concert Arena in Stillwater, Oklahoma for an exciting weekend of networking, education and fun.
